Privacy notice

Goose Caboose collects only what the funnel needs to do its job: the answers you give the Intent Debt Scorecard, the details on an assessment application, and the contact information you provide with either.

What we collect

Your name, work email, company, and website; your scorecard answers and the score derived from them; the free-text answers on an assessment application; and, if you request a fit call, your preferred time and any notes. We also record the IP address, user agent, and referring page of the submission for abuse prevention.

How we use it

To send you your result, to assess whether an Intent Debt Assessment would produce credible findings for your business, and to contact you about that assessment. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not add you to bulk mailing lists you did not ask for.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored on our own server infrastructure. Email is delivered through Emailit, our transactional email provider, which processes your address in order to deliver the message.

How long we keep it

Scorecard and application records are retained for 24 months from submission, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. To access, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@goosecaboose.com and we will act on the request within 30 days.
