The scorecard is an estimate

The Caboose Score and the preliminary Intent Debt range are directional figures calculated from your own answers and generalized assumptions. They are not an audit, not a valuation, and not a forecast of recoverable revenue. Nothing on this site should be relied on as financial, legal, or tax advice.

The assessment is a diagnosis

The Intent Debt Assessment is a professional service that delivers findings, prioritization, and a plan. It is not software, a subscription, or a guarantee of any commercial outcome. Opportunity values in the delivered assessment are presented as ranges with stated confidence, never as promises.

Clarity guarantee

If a completed assessment does not identify specific, prioritized follow-through improvements supported by the evidence made available to us, we refund the assessment fee. This guarantee covers the quality of the diagnosis. It is not a guarantee that any particular amount of revenue will be recovered, and it does not apply where required inputs were not supplied.

Your data and your systems

Scope, including which systems and exports we review, is agreed in writing before an assessment begins. We do not contact your leads or customers as part of an assessment. You are responsible for having the right to share the evidence you provide us.

Applications

Submitting an application does not create an engagement. We may decline where a business does not have enough activity or evidence for credible findings.
